Booking & Appointments

You can book online anytime at massageumi.com/book-now through our Vagaro booking system. Choose your service, preferred therapist, and time slot. You can also call us at (858) 588-1916 to book by phone.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand things come up, so just give us as much notice as possible.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives you a chance to fill out any intake forms, settle in, and start relaxing before your session begins.
Absolutely. When booking online or by phone, you can select your preferred therapist. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll match you with the best available professional for your service.
We welcome walk-ins based on availability, but we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and therapist, especially on weekends.

Yes. Our we offer various membership plans that include massage and skincare packages.

Founders 200 is limited to our first two hundred members. As a Founding Member, you lock in your membership rate for life, no price increases, ever. Once all 200 spots are claimed, this offer closes permanently.

Members receive discounted rates on all services, priority booking, and the ability to roll over unused sessions. It’s designed for guests who want to make wellness a regular part of their routine.

Not at all. Everyone is welcome at regular pricing. Memberships simply give you better rates and perks if you plan to visit regularly.

Location, Hours & Policies

Massage UMI is located at 13522 Sabre Springs Pkwy, Suite 202, San Diego, CA 92128, in the heart of the Sabre Springs community. We serve guests from Carmel Mountain, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos, and Mira Mesa.

We’re open 9 AM – 9 PM, seven days a week.

Just come as you are. We provide everything you need for your session. During massage, you’ll undress to your comfort level and be properly draped at all times.

Yes. Free parking is available in the plaza lot directly in front of our suite at Evening Creek Plaza.

Yes. We hold SDPD Massage Establishment Permit #2026004667 and BBC Establishment License #A376986. Your safety and comfort are our highest priority.
